Hate to echo the previous review, but as first-time home buyers, Ryan was a godsend for my wife and me. My wife knew Ryan from high school and within 48 hours of reaching out to him, we set up an initial meeting at a local brewery to discuss what we were looking for. At the meeting, he quickly gained my trust and within 2 hours of us parting ways he had set us up on a portal to receive information on local listings. My wife and I were fortunate in that we fell in love with a house and managed to close on it early in our search process (a rarity for Charlotte). Ryan was a total saving grace for us first-time home buyers. He was recommended by a friend and from there, it couldn’t have been any easier. Ryan was responsive to even our strangest questions and helped us to understand the market better so we could make informed decisions that fit our budget and our lifestyle. We had our hearts set on a home and knew that it was a tough call with other offers but Ryan had the knowledge of how we should proceed forward and our offer was accepted while staying within our budget. He was an absolute pleasure to work with - a stand-up guy, honest, down-to-earth, and incredibly helpful throughout our home buying/selling experience. He handled our open house and even came to help with staging and photos. When it came to buying, he took us to every house we wanted to see (and there was a lot!) and helped us figure out what we were looking for in our next home.
