About Alissa Barrett

Alissa spent the last 10 years in Buffalo, NY (and yes, Go Bills!) In an attempt to escape the cold, and broaden her horizons, she is growing to love this city while exploring and making Charlotte her home. Alissa is duly licensed in New York and North Carolina, and has been an agent since 2021. What Alissa finds most ironic about her career path is that she herself has never lived in a home, but only apartments her entire life. To her, the irony of being a real estate agent and assisting others in their journey is what motivates her day in and day out.

Alissa has been in the hospitality industry since 2010 and this has allowed her to create and maintain interpersonal relationships that are based off of trust, compassion, effective communication and advocacy, all of which she exhibits for every client in real estate. Alissa is an empath who is driven off the ability to provide each person with an experience in their home listing/searching process that is seamless and enjoyable along the way.
