Melissa Berens was awesome!! From the beginning of the process, she was a great help in finding and buying my new home. From the start, she made the pre-approval process fast and easy. Then., took all the homes that I was considering and organized them so that we could go looking at each house, and helping me determine the pros and cons that I had for each property. Once I found the right one, she would make sure I did not miss any communication with the builder/lender, so I was able to stay on top of the paperwork. Any questions, I had she would answer same day, sometimes late at night. Any issues, concerns or fixes I wanted on the property, she would ask on my behalf and get them resolved. She was always on top of things, making sure the process moved along as planned. Would definitely recommend!!

The realtor Whitney Burch was so great. She answered all my questions and kept things on track. She was there to help through the whole process. I will use her when it's time to buy a new one!!!
