Ashleigh did a magnificent job teasing the listing the day before it went live to generate interest. And it worked! Listed the house on Friday, a dozen showings on Sat., a half dozen showings on Sun., and multiple offers to consider on Monday. I was expecting to wait a couple of months for an offer, not a couple of days for multiple offers. She gave us the pros/cons of each offer so we could make an informed decision. Bravo to Ashleigh.
