I can not say enough positive things about James. He made the home buying process incredibly enjoyable it felt like working with a long term friend. He listened to laundry list of demands for a new home as nervous first time buyers. Not only did he help manage ecxpectations, he showed us things we didn’t even know we wanted. He personalizes the experience in a way that you feel truly heard and taken care of. He was always available for questions during the process and seemed happy to answer. Even after the purchase he is still helping with the transition. 10/10 would recommend.
