Office Administrator/Zoo KeeperIn 2017 Joy was convinced to come out of retirement and into real estate business and joined the Redbud team in early 2019 as the Open House Coordinator. AKA- The Zoo Keeper. She has moved into the Office Administrator position, this includes greeting visitors to our office, managing agent support tasks, managing the RBG truck rental process, preparing new agent bundles, managing quarterly Redbud Ramblers (coordinating with vendors and venues) and maintaining supplies to keep the office running smoothly.
It’s quite an undertaking, but she does it all with a vivacious smile and a plucky peace sign! Joy knows that customer service and client relationships are the foundation of any success! Joy Emmanuel was born in Pensacola, FL into a family photographic business with a Vaudeville star father and a mother who was an amazing businesswoman. Joy’s skills come from a great combination of fun and origination. Joy has lived in Florida, Colorado and Mexico. She moved to Charlotte in 2016 and was involved with the Charlotte school system reading to special needs elementary students weekly. She also devotes time to her passion of painting. Her motto: “Laughter is the sunshine of life”
