Chris is the most awesome realtor I have ever worked with. I met Chris almost 2 years ago when I was searching for a home. Although he was not my realtor, Chris gave good advice and said to call if you ever have questions or need a realtor. I called Chris with questions when my home wasn’t moving. Chris was great! As first-time home buyers, we had lots of questions that Chris always answered promptly! He is very knowledgeable and helped us learn through the process and understand all aspects of home-buying. He helped us find the exact home we were looking for in just under 1 week after only looking at 3 houses. Chris did an amazing job helping my daughter purchase her first home! In the looking process, he paid attention to things we never would have noticed. He got us in touch with all the right people to get approved. When we finally found "her", not only did he jump on it but we negotiated and got accepted that night! When we all were stressed he was calm, and always answered any questions or concerns. I know our family has found a realtor we trust and will use for any other purchases!

Chris helped me in my first home purchase. He was extremely knowledgeable about my timeline and got me showings that worked with my schedule. When it was my time to move on from that home and marriage, Chris acted as a realtor and mediator to benefit us both. He acted swiftly and communicated expectations to the buyers, shortening the time the home needed to be shown to just a few days. I know when it's time to buy again I'll return to Chris.
