David did an outstanding job in helping us with the purchase of our townhouse. He was very involved in all aspects of the process. He did a fabulous job in the walk-thru, taking the initiative by checking every nook and cranny of the house to make sure it was in perfect condition. He was professional, friendly, and always on time with our appointments. He was on top of every deadline we needed to meet before closing, and he was always willing to do more by going above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable buying experience. David is simply wonderful. I have a truly insane schedule and two small children who accompany me to every show. He was always quick to respond, answered every silly question (from me and my two-year-old), and put up with my partner and I’s seemingly opposite taste in houses. He is kind, patient, and punctual. I always felt safe and validated. He made the utterly gruesome task of buying a house lovely. And you know, he helped me find a dreamy home.
