Meet Duane

Duane Lee is one of Charlotte’s new up-and-coming premiere real estate agents. Although Duane is a transplant from Philadelphia, PA., both of his parents were born and raised in North Carolina, and as a result, it was his second home giving him an insight that other transplants may not have about the likes, dislikes, vibe, and culture of this great state and it’s great people. Conversely, as a transplant and having gone through the process of moving his family interstate, Duane has first-hand knowledge about the do’s and don’ts involved and how to make that seemingly daunting process as seamless as possible. Duane’s main goals are to communicate effectively with his clients and to exceed their expectations.

His motto is, “The expectations you exceed today become the seed for new opportunities in the future.” Duane learned early in life from working in his family’s successful business that to exceed expectations on purpose means that you have an understanding of expected performance, and you must realize that expected performance is in no way extraordinary. Duane is not all work and no play. In fact, he has a penchant for speed and is an avid car enthusiast who also loves to restore muscle cars like Mustangs in his spare time. The attention to detail that he gives spills over on everything that he touches. It’s no coincidence that he moved to where the NASCAR Hall of Fame is located. You can’t get more synergistic than that.
