Travis went above and beyond our expectations. He is professional, diligent, thorough, and detail-oriented. This enabled us not to have to worry about anything. He was easy to reach and returned calls promptly when I did not reach him the first time. He resolved an issue with the deed before I was even aware there was an issue by communicating with several different parties involved in the transaction.
