Liz was an amazing help throughout the process of purchasing my first home. She answered all of my first-time homebuyer questions, gave great advice, and picked out great properties for me to look at. Liz was very responsive and went above and beyond to get the information I requested. She is very knowledgeable of the Charlotte area and knew all the great neighborhoods and spots to be. I would definitely recommend her for all of your home buying needs!

100/10 Recommend. Liz Koelling is hands down the best agent in the Carolinas/East Coast. Outside of being one of the most diligent/hard working relators we have ever come across, she is extremely thorough and knowledgeable on such a range of houses that it made the process of buying so much more relaxing. She always communicates any updates/progress on the process and is always acting with our best interest in mind. There was not a single point where the buying process felt stressful thanks to her. To anyone looking to buy a home in this area we cannot recommend Liz enough!
