About Keith Magnuson

Keith Magnuson has been Charlotte area resident for nearly 40 years. He graduated from Independence High School and Central Piedmont Community College where he studied automotive technology, physics and business administration. After college, Keith enlisted in the United States Marine Corps where he served with Delta Company, 1st Tank Battalion and aboard the USS Peleliu with the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit.

With more than 25 years' experience in sales, finance, sales management and customer service management, Keith originally obtained his real estate license in 2003 and has been serving as a full-time licensed real estate broker in North and South Carolina for over a decade.

Keith is one of the few Realtors® in the area to have earned the Certified Military Residential Specialist designation. As a veteran, he finds it rewarding to assist fellow veterans in achieving the American dream of homeownership by helping to navigate the VA loan process.
